Carole believes that one does not exist in a vacuum, which means that looking at the whole picture of someone’s life is essential for real change. Favorite Ways to Stay Well

“I enjoy writing and spending time with my family. I try to stay active by taking walks or jogs when possible. I do yoga and listen to guided meditations regularly. Most importantly, I practice patience with myself. I remind myself that I am not a robot, nor am I perfect. I let go of things that are out of my control and encourage myself to focus on what is in front of me. This is a daily reminder.”
