Favorite Ways to Stay Well
“I enjoy writing and spending time with my family. I try to stay active by taking walks or jogs when possible. I do yoga and listen to guided meditations regularly. Most importantly, I practice patience with myself. I remind myself that I am not a robot, nor am I perfect. I let go of things that are out of my control and encourage myself to focus on what is in front of me. This is a daily reminder.”

Favorite Ways to Stay Well
“Self-care is the best care” I accomplish this by taking every moment to cater to my mental health needs as they arrive. This is done by: walking, listening to inspirational music, motivation, spending time with family and friends, dancing, and traveling every chance I get. When I really need to process my thoughts and feelings, I pick up the phone and call those who are close to me”.
