Approach

“Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t—you’re right.”

-Henry Ford

What does “holistic” mean?

Our holistic approach means we take into account the “whole” you and the relationship between the mind, body, and spirit. That may mean we consider things like sleep, eating habits, exercise, stress level, spirituality, relationships, job satisfaction, meaningful activities, and hobbies.

People also tend to think of holistic as meaning the absence of medication in the treatment approach. While we use tools and techniques that may help clients avoid or decrease medication, we support the use of medication prescribed by trusted healthcare providers when it is in a client’s best interest.
